Please download and create the designated invoice and designated delivery form from the following link. Click the "Download" button to download a Zip folder. Extract (unzip) the files or folders from the Zip folder and use them.
How to decompress (unzip)

to perform any of the following operations.
- Open the Zip folder and drag the files or folders inside from the Zip folder to a new location
- Right-click (or long-press) on the Zip folder, select "Extract All" and follow the instructions.
Please print out the application in A4 size, affix your company seal, and send it by mail.
